Creating your Magazine: Idea Generation

In today's lesson you will have to come up with ideas for your magazine.

TASK: Create a mind-map of ideas in your book in which you come up with ideas for the following:

Masthead: What is the title of your entertainment music magazine?

- ultimate 
- trance
- sample  

Cover lines: What articles are you going to entice readers with on your front cover?

- Top Tunes of the Month
- Album release - Craig David 
- New beats from Martin Garrix
- Journey to fame SMH
- Marshmello- exclusive : secrets revealed 
- competition - win a dj decks

Image: Come up with ideas for the main image on your front cover.

- SMH in recording studio making music ( picture taken from behind, face isn't visible,. identity not important.) 

Price: How much do you think is an appropriate price to pay to maximise profit but also ensure 
teenagers can afford your magazine?

- £1.50

Representation: What ideas or ideologies do you wish to promote? feminism? positive representation of teenagers? No stereotypes etc.

- appearance is not important. 
- music is a way to express feelings
